Direct Deposit

Existing Nursefinders travelers should print, sign and fax direct deposit forms and changes to 1-866-665-2339. It’s that simple!

Please read our on-line hand book. After you have completed reading it please print the second page, sign and return the acknowledgement form to the Quality Improvement department.

Enroll in Benefits

Open Enrollment for 2010 Benefits has begun! Deadline for enrollment is November 20, 2009. You must enroll online using the directions below. If you have technical difficulties logging in or enrolling, call the Benefits Helpline at 800-531-4362 Ext 4.

While more employers are cutting back, Nursefinders Travel gives you more!

We will continue to offer our FREE Medical Coverage Option. Beginning January 1, 2010, all Traveler benefits will begin on the first day of your assignment!

• Follow the prompts and Submit and printout your elections
